Description of Elna Opal Steam Press

Take some time and think of all the little things that put demand on your precious time. How long a list did you make? Was ironing on you list? And where does it fit in on you list? Let us introduce you to the Elna Opal steam press - it will surely help you cross one chore off your list. The Elna opal press will literally cut your ironing time in half and take the drudgery out of ironing. With its large heating shoe and 45 kilos (100 pounds) of automatic pressure, the Opal can iron a shirt in under one minute and press through three to four layers in one go. The special design of the ironing board allows you to manage everything from large flat items to fitted and time consuming garments, quickly, easily and effortlessly. Temperature control is at your fingertips. Use the Opal comfortably seated at any table. Then just close and store conveniently. The Opal comes with special features such as the Vap-O-Jet which gives you the benefits of steaming using regular tap water, and the integrated sleeve board which simply pivots into place and will help you to iron difficult to reach areas and small items such as childrens clothing. With a bit of steam, the perfect temperature setting and automatic pressure, the Opal will press professiona creases into your trousers, it will touch up pleats and jackets, it will handle all your special fabrics and it will transfer decorative patterns or rhinestones without a hitch. The Elnapress Opal will not leave shiny marks on fabrics, it will not add extra wear and tear to clothes and it will not push cotton knits along like a hand iron leaving the bottom sagging. Developed in Switzerland , the integrated VAP-O-JET and sleeve board guarantee perfect ironing in record time and without stress. The VAP-O-JET is most effective: a simple squeeze on the lever and the laundry is damp then as soon as it comes into contact with the heating shoe the moisture creates steam and penetrates the layers of laundry. This direct moisture system is the secret of high quality professional ironing and convenient too as the VAP-O-JET can be filled from the tap! The sleeve board is ideal for pressing those intricate garments that you always thought would be a challenge for a press. Patented to Elna this handy additional board is brought into place in a flash with a simple flick of the wrist making it possible to reach all those awkward corners and tucks. Trousers are very often sent to the dry cleaners because they can be a chore to iron but thanks to the VAP-O-JET and around 45kg of automatic pressure a professional finish is available at home every day and at a fraction of the cost. Ironing a shirt is made simple with the Elnapress. Collars, cuffs and pockets are easy and completing a full shirt in acouple of minutes is very achievable after just a little practice. You get a fabulous finish and you say good-bye to those hours that you spent slaving over an ironing board. Sheets, tablecloths and any large item can be folded into the ample space at the back of the board, leisurely bring the items forward and in no time you have made short work of all household linen.
