UK Delivery
Our standard UK mainland delivery service is absolutely FREE.
Orders worth more £30.00 or more are shipped to mainland UK addresses FREE of charge including Sewing machines, Overlockers and other large items which are sent out by our couriers. This free delivery service excludes BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Outer Hebrides. If extra charges do apply you will be informed before any payment is collected.
Orders under £30.00 shipped to mainland UK addresses will carry a surcharge of £4.
Smaller items are sent out via Royal Mail and delivery will normally take 2 to 7 working days. There may be additional charges for BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Outer Hebrides. If extra charges do apply you will be informed before any payment is collected. It is our policy that we will endeavor to dispatch our orders on the same or next working day.
Overseas Deliveries

The majority of accessories and smaller items will carry a £6 delivery cost to all overseas countries however certain items which are over 1.5 Kg in weight will incur extra charges which you will be notified about before payment is taken.
Certain European countries are now eligible for free delivery for purchases over £199.00. Any purchases under this amount will be charged an additional £16.00 for the courier charges.
The following charges apply to the Sewing Machines, Overlockers, Embellishers, Presses and Blind Hemmers weighing less than 30 Kg’s. (Orders which include items that weigh over 30 Kg will have additional charges applied to the total order. You will be informed about any additional charges before we take payment).
