Description of Hydro Water Soluble Stabiliser
Length 10M x 33CM Use on top of fabrics like towelling, knits, fleece and sweatshirts. To prevent the loops or piles from poking through stitching and also to avoid stitches from getting lost in the fabric. Use Hydro by itself for lace projects.
