Hilda Owen Stoke-on-Trent 25.11.11I am very new to machine embriudery so wanted to start at the bottom and work my way up. I found this machine perfect it does every thing I want to do, the instructions make using it childs play, my intention was to trade up in about 12 months but being able to down load from the internet means that I can get extra designs so I will be delaying the up grade for a while so if you are thinking of getting a machine this one is great and I can not praise it enough.
