Jayne Liverpool 25.04.09When I moved overseas, I got this machine as a replacement for my Bernina, which would have been too expensive to ship. I wanted something fairly basic for fashion sewing. I've been pleased with the machine so far: -I think that the machine is a very sturdy, basic machine for someone who isn't interested in embroidery or other frills. -It makes beautiful buttonholes, both manual and automatic. -The overlock stitch also works well with the foot provided. It is substantial enough that it could sew and finish a knit seam all in one. It\\\'s not as good as having a overlocker, but it\\\'s an acceptable substitute.
