2nd Feb 2010 - impressively fast delivery service of my Pfaff 3 Select (IDT) sewing machine (within 24 hours!). Also thoughtful advice given in response to my email about my requirements. Would have liked an official receipt enclosed though, as my only proof of purchase is the email confirmation as I was unable to open the online invoice.

Delivery took long and correspondence was difficult, but it worked out in the end. Got my brother innovis in january and been happily sewing ever since.

I ordered my overlocker over the phone and it arrived very promptly. I am new to overlockers and had a few initial problems with the stitching but each time I rang the staff were very very helpful. Palma was very patient with me and explained everything carefully to get my machine working properly, he couldent have been more helpful . So I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I know that if I have any problems I can ring and get some help which other companies do not always offer.Incidentally it was not the machine that was at fault it was the novice user and the the satin sheen material!!

Ordered some embellisher needles for my wife. Website easy to use, needles arrived without delay and the free P&P was a nice touch.

Prompt delivery, however I had no idea machine was arriving as I never recieved an order confirmation or dispatch notification! Had to arrange for a receipt to be sent to me by post after delivery.

I purchased the Pfaff 1200 quilter and my only complaint is the extension table has 3 gauges in it although the packaging was perfect can only assume it was like that when it left the factory but it is usable.
