For example we cook and \u2018sew\u2019 and garden together, hence the sewing machine, pin cushion, flowers, apron and spoon blocks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Her grandad was a Welsh farmer, hence the tractor block (and I could go on!). I brought the fabric in America, and sewed it on a pretty old <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gursewingmachines.com\/janome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Janome machine<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #d83131;\"><em>&#8220;Everyone in the monthly sewing class I go to has brand spanking new ones, but my quarter inch seams are a dream to do on the old machine!<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>&#8220;It&#8217;s vital\u00a0for some of the pieced 6\u201d blocks.
