Love my new item. Sews like a dream. Easy to thread and quiet when sewing. Haven’t used all the different stitches yet but they seem very easy to use. Can’t wait to try the rolled hem stitch.

Excellent item. I am so delighted with this product. It is so easy to use it's many features and is lightweight. After placing my order for a different item, this company promptly contacted me to inform me that product I originally ordered was out of stock, and would not be available for many weeks. Nevertheless, to avoid my disappointment this company kindly offered to upgrade my purchase to this item at no additional cost, which I accepted, and the item arrived the very next day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as their customer service is second to none and very impressive.

I absolutely love this item. It's so easy to use, especially for me who hasn't used a item in almost 20 years. It allows you to make anything from toys to clothes. So glad I got this model, its brilliant.

This was a replacement item, for the one that didn't sew properly. This one was better, though there were one or two missed stitches. The downside of this item was, unbeknown to me when I swapped for it, some of the stitch lengths are fixed at 2.5mm, which I definitely did not like - so I sent this one back as well! I think GUR products should be up-front about the limitations of items when selling them online. I also think staff should not put the phone down on customers when they say they are not happy with the treatment they are receiving ... very immature behaviour!

Really pleased with this purchase so far.

It is my first ever overlocker.

I am not an impulse buyer so looked at all the options and suppliers at length. After consulting various helping sewing Facebook groups and capable friends, I finally was recommended to speak to Palma at GUR. He answered all my (somewhat geeky) questions so that I could understand what I was buying. he also upgraded my purchase, which I was grateful for.

The overlocker arrived the next day and I was happy with its look, finish and sturdy feel. Over the next few days I tried a few things and managed to break a thread. The service I received from Gur Sewing when I purchased the item has been fantastic. The item itself is fantastic. The stitching,threader etc compares very well to more expensive items that are on the market-very impressive!

This product came well packed and promptly even including the appropriate size screw drive to attach the legs.. I've now had a chance to attach it to my item and use it. What a difference it makes to manipulating large pieces of fabric such as a quilt.Well worth the expense!
