This foot is too narrow to catch the feed dogs on a Janome HD9. Stitching looks perfect on top but the bottom is a mess. Janome should withdraw this foot as it is only 2.5mm across and you need 3mm to catch the feed dogs and make the stitch properly. Janome should immediately withdraw this foot or at least take away any reference to it being suitable for a Janome HD9 machine. Total waste of money and unfit for purpose.

Perfect, had seen this narrow foot being used on YouTube and could not purchase one for my domestic machine. It's great for sewing in zips (which is what i was hoping) and normal sewing providing a perfect guide for topstitching without trying to keep to the machine bed measurement. Allows me to stitch using one foot rather than changing to a zipper foot throughout my crafting.
