FLEXI PAYMENT TERMS
Flexi-pay is an additional service we offer our customers to help make a product more affordable by spreading its cost (excluding postage and packaging) into interest-free installments.
The first payment is made when you place your order the remaining payment(s) will be taken in subsequent monthly installments.
Flexi-pay is so easy to set up - we do it all for you! Here's how it works:
Wherever you see the Flexi pay symbol on the website - it means you can choose the Flexi pay option for that item if you wish.
Once you've added one Flexi pay item to your bag, you can add others! (Even if they're not on Flexi Pay). These additional items will also be included in your Flexi pay plan*.
* Please check your bag before you check out, as some items may not be available on Flexi pay.
Once you've added your items to your bag and reached the checkout, you'll be taken to an Order Confirmation page. Under Order Details, tick the box to choose Flexi pay and scroll down to see your available payment options. Tick the box of your choice.
Read through your Order Summary to check that Flexi pay has been applied and that your first payment (made with your order), is what you expect.
a. Please make sure you can afford Flexi pay before making any purchases.
b. Please make sure you are the owner of your house/flat and be on the electoral roll.
c. Any false information or you do not meet section b, deposits are not refundable.
d. Flexi pay is for UK Mainland only.
e. Flexi pay items can only be delivered to credit card bill holders address.
f. Only one flexi pay agreement allowed till completely paid in the time span given.
g. When buying through flexi pay the product may not qualify for next day delivery, as security checks can take time.
FLEXI PAYMENT FAQ'S
If you order two products at the same time but with different payment schedules – for example, a two-month and a three-month term - you'll automatically be given the choice of paying for both products over the longer time period.
Flexi pay installments must be paid with a credit or debit card. At this time PayPal is not supported for payment by Flexi pay.
We take payment of the first installment, plus any postage and packaging, when you place your order, then subsequent monthly instalments automatically from the same card until the order is fully paid.
Please note: If the credit or debit card you used to pay Flexi pay instalments is lost, stolen, or canceled, you must contact Customer Services so we can update your Flexi pay account.
Please contact a member of the GUR Superstore team on 0121 359 5335, who will be able to take payment from you for your remaining instalments in one go.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If we attempt to take a payment and your bank declines it, we will let you know.
We will attempt to take payment again 7 days after the original instalment date. However, if your card is declined again, we will add an administration charge of £16 plus VAT to your outstanding balance which will be payable immediately, along with your missed instalment.
We will attempt to collect an instalment three times before handing it over to a debt collection agency. On the second and third attempts we will add an administration charge of £16 plus VAT per attempt to your account.
If you have still not paid, all outstanding payments due for your items - the missed instalments and any future instalments otherwise due at a later date - will be payable immediately in full, together with the combined £40.00 plus VAT administration fees (for the second and third attempts).
We will then instruct a debt collection agency to recover these amounts from you – which will incur additional document and administration charges of 14% plus VAT.
This charge will be increased to 29% plus VAT if a doorstep collection is required. Failure to settle the account with the debt collection agency may result in legal action being taken against you, and any legal fees and costs will be added to your debt.
GUR Superstore may provide an instalment amount that differs from the amount you had expected, especially when discounts/promo codes are involved.
If you've applied a discount voucher/promo code to your order, this has to be split amongst the items on your order, and across the Flexi pay instalments.
When your order cannot be split equally over 2, 3 or 4 plus instalments, GUR Superstore will always add the extra pennies to the first instalment, so please bear this in mind.
If you're a GUR Club member, your discount will be applied first, followed by any discount vouchers/promo codes you wish to use, before finally your instalment amounts are calculated and displayed.
If your order is cancelled within 30 days, you shall be charged:
1. Delivery charge of £14
2. 10% of the value of the machine and products
These fees shall be deducted from the refund to cover costs incurred by GUR for: delivery, administration, restocking and re packaging of the item(s). To qualify for this refund customers must return the items:
1. In 'as new' condition
2. With all undamaged original packaging
3. With all original accessories with their packaging
Customers must note that:
1. All items must be safely packed and posted to GUR at the expense of the customer. Customers must keep proof of delivery of the items for 30 days.
2. Refunds are made once the items have been checked by GUR. This can take up to 5 days after the date of arrival at GUR.
3. If any returned items are damaged, customers are liable to pay the full value of the product at the time of purchase.
4. GUR is not responsible for items posted by the customer which have been lost. The customer is responsible for following up these claims.
Under flexi pay we can only do one or the other, if you require flexi pay as your easy payments no part exchange orders will be accepted, these orders will be cancelled immediately.
The following Postcodes are excluded from Flexi Payment: AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
