Demonstration Models are basically in "as new" condition and are provided with the full manufacturers warranty and full set of standard accessories, unless stated in the description.

The Janome Memory Craft 550e Limited Edition is the largest embroidery only machine on the market. Creating your projects has never been so simple, since the new RE36B hoop which provides a Large area of 7.9" x 14.2". makes it quick and easy to personalise any project at speeds of up to 860spm. There is a varied assortment of 180 built-in designs: quilting designs, border motifs, modern geometric prints and elegant florals.

The 550e LE also has six monogramming fonts, four included hoops, plus special large-scale letter designs, an automatic thread cutter, bobbin thread sensor and programmable jump thread trimming.

The machine will automatically stop when it’s time to change the thread colour, ready for the automatic thread cutter to snip your threads. Multi-colour designs can be converted to a single colour pattern at the touch of a button. Additional embroidery designs can easily be imported into the 550E Limited Edition via the USB port. You can create multiple folders to organise and save your designs. Your MC550E LE can be updated.

Suitable for all skill levels from Beginners to experienced users, the Janome MC550E Limited Edition has 180 embroidery designs, 2 & 3 letter emblems and 6 embroidery fonts built in and with a full colour display screen to edit designs, this machine is even easier to make professional looking embroidery. Great before and after sales service comes as standard when you buy a sewing machine from us at GUR Sewing Machines.

Your new product would have gone through the manufactures quality control before been delivered to you.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.

Warranty Registration

There is no need to register your warranty.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.

When this Warranty does not Apply

What’s Covered? Bona-fide faults …. as per the manufactures guarantee.
What’s not Covered? Warranty excludes wilful damage, misuse, repairs caused by overuse or repairs made necessary use. Please note “consumables items” such as belts, bulbs, needle threaders, bobbin cases, loopers, overlock knives, needle plates, bobbins and needles etc as stated on the manufactures guarantee document, your warranty is deemed invalid if your machine has been used for commercial purposes.
