Great service from GUR. very helpful, demonstration was brilliant, I love my new Brother machine, I have been using this machine ever since I purchased it a couple of weeks ago, so much fun, software is a must as I have my own patterns I want to embroider and I cant say enough good things about it.

I cant praise this machine enough! I have been looking at this machine for a while, and really like it, I was visiting family in Birmingham and came to visit GUR, fantastic staff, I was given a demonstration of this machine, and I fell in love! I purchased this machine with the PE Design Next, There is so much you can make/design/sew...So many features and I cannot stop using this machine! Thanks GUR!
