2. On Shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, Klarna will email the customer with their payment plan.
- Klarna will take care of collecting the payments from the shopper.
3. Post Purchase
The customer gets a clear overview of their purchases in the Klarna app and can easily manage their orders.
4. When do I pay?
Your first payment will be due one month after the store processes your order and then monthly thereafter on the same date each month until your statement is fully paid. Your statements and upcoming payments can always be found in your Klarna account.
