Great service from GUR ordered Thursday delivery Friday morning, sewing is a dream to use, very easy to work out love at threaded needle and the top bobbin loading would recommend

I am very impressed with the quality and promptness of service of your company. This is the quickest I have received an order from mainland UK especially in the light of the current pandemic. Themachine which I have now unpacked, read the manual, and watched the Dvd as well as having a trial run,comes well up to my expectations. I am 80 and my husband purchased this machine for me as I found my fingers no longer worked well in threading my original overlocker. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase.

I am very pleased so far with my new machine.Havent used many of the features yet but have found it easy to thread & use.Sews an accurate quarter inch seam.Price was excellent for the quilting package.Delivery &tracking info was very good

I finally took the decision to buy the Excellence 680 and I am so glad I did! It is everything I was looking for, wide throat for quilting/patchwork, ease of use, amazing extension table, more variations of stitches than I will ever need with a clear alphabet to add to my delight! My experience with GUR was delightful. They were helpful and informative and I received my machine within 24 hours of purchase! Can not praise the company enough!

This is a nice sturdy machine and has the great benefit of being able to see inside the front of the machine whether for threading or cleaning - very helpful. An easy to use machine with good speed when seeing. However I find the light very poor and only lights up the area over the left of the needles. Good value for money and it's a great help for all sewers .

Extremely fast delivery, machine is fab. It's quite noisy and shakes my sewing table! Very good value. Can't believe how long I waited before buying one!
