I worried about ordering this coverstitch, a) because I hadn't used this company before. And b) I had never heard of Gritzner machines. The coverstitch was less than half the price of the cheap coverstich machines and you usually get what you pay for.. I researched gritzner and realised the company had been bought out by Pfaff years ago, who were obviously using the name as budget entry model. Ordered online and paid via my phone Gpay. Delivered at lunchtime the following day. The Coverstitch does everything I want it to once I got used to the different way of sewing. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended 👌

I am highly satisfied with this sewing machine. The instructions are incredibly user-friendly, written in simple language and accompanied by numerous pictures and diagrams. The machine's construction seems to be of high quality. Its ease of use and threading are remarkable, resulting in beautiful sewing outcomes. Controlling the sewing speed is also a breeze. Moreover, the machine operates quietly during sewing. I wholeheartedly recommend this machine; using it is an enjoyable experience, and I anticipate many years of productive use ahead.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.
