hi, my partner colin brought me this machine. my first computerised one. we got off to a shaky start, the machine (kitty) thinking she was in charge. like most household items they need rules. kitty and i have now decided i'm in charge of speed we are doing great. love this little darling, so easy to train, easy to programme, and apart from the needle threader being fiddly for me (rubbish eyesight) i would highly recommend.

From arriving and unpacking this machine had been a pleasure.. I have sewn really fine fabric and quite heavy fabric and it has behaved beautifully.. the instruction book was clear and precise.

It's a beautiful solid feeling machine. My first compuerised one, and I'm surprised how easy it is to use. The automatic needle threader takes a few tries to get it right, but it's easy to use and makes life easier. Alongside my old heavy duty work horse I have the best of both worlds at my finger tips Thank you to GUR for efficient faultless service, I shall certainly be a returning customer and will highly recommend to others

I am really happy with Jaguar DQS 401. A bit afraid how to use because my previous experience was with ordinary mechanical sewing machine but now I do not want to change. It is easy to use with an instruction.

I am so delighted with my Jaguar DQS401 which arrived yesterday. I upgraded from a basic electric machine and was at first a little daunted by the thought of a computerised machine but it couldn’t be easier to operate and the instruction booklet is so clear. Ordering was super easy and communication during transit was wonderful giving an hour time slot for arrival. Ordereds this machine at 12.54 on Tuesday after studying the reviews decided this was the one for me to replace a 40+ old brother machine and a Lidl purchased singer could'nt believe it was delivered next morning at 9.15 brilliant service. The machine was easy to set up and is very similar to the brother machines but cheaper. It is has lovely even stitches can be used with or without the pedal which was a bonus for me as have problems with my foot. So far it is a lovely machine with plenty of stitches and buttonholes which is great can't fault it and the price is excellent.

Excellent value and quality sewing machine, have had quite a few machines from GUR and got this for my daughter, along with the lovely spotty carry bag she is over the moon! Always good value and products.

After an initial look at the GUR website, I called and spoke to a very helpful and well-informed member of staff with a few questions I had about a sewing machine that I had seen. I ordered my sewing machine later that afternoon and received it the following day. I cannot fault their customer service, nor the speed and efficiency in which they delivered my order.
