Have generally bought my machines and accessories from another Sewing Machine retailer (mentioning no names). This is my first experience with GUR Sewing Machines and will be the first of many after receiving the best customer care I have ever experience from an online company. I wanted to purchase a machine to start quilting but did not want to over spend. I purchased the Brother Innovis 350 Special Edition after I accidentally put my Husqvarna Viking Lily US current sewing machine into the European outlet which burned out my motor. I thought that this machine was my all time favorite, until I purchased the Brother Innovis NV350, I love the simplicity, all the options, and also that it sews through 4 layers of cotton without missing a single stitch. I also love the automatic threader and the fact that I don\'t have to manually pull the bobbin thread up. This machine is incredible and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys sewing. I love this machine, it is perfect for the beginner and more advanced sewer, I bought when it first came out and was my first proper machine, it has many brilliant features that you can\'t find on some more expensive modals, I loved the idea you could buy so many extra feet which I bought all, my fav being the sidecutter to turn in to an overlocker (only two thread though) and 1/4\" foot, I have since upgraded to a machine with a longer arm as I mainly do patchwork and quilting, but I did cry buckets when I let her go,

The Brother Innov Is NV350SE has been introduced to mark Brother’s 50^th anniversary in Europe. Suitable for all levels of sewing from beginner, experienced and professional users, it’s a reliable machine which can handle all types of materials from silk to denim and soft leather.

The easy to use touch button controls makes it simple to select from the 129 different stitches which include 10 styles of buttonholes, as well as a variety of utility stitches from blind hems to advanced decorative patterns. Ask a question About Brother Innov-Is NV350SE

Hi Does the stop - start button mean that you can press to start, and the machine will sew until pressed again, without using the foot pedal? I am looking at using it with a quilting frame, so this function is needed.thank you, from Lei

- When pressing on the start button the machine will start sewing till the stop button is pressed, if you wanted to use the foot control that can also be used.
  The Brother NV350E can be used ont the quilting frame because of this function.

I\'ve had this machine for one year now and I think it a a great machine. I use it mainly for patchwork piecing and quilting. I bought additional items like the extension table, the walking foot and the darning foot for free motion quilting. I haven\'t had any problem until very recently when the drop feed locked up while I was free motion quilting.

I\'ve had my machine for a couple of days now and it looks quite good to me. I am new to sewing and I am still trying to familiarize myself with everything but it\'s all rather easy to understand. The machine arrived on time and it is much cheaper here than in France.

first of all, this machine is much cheaper in the UK, than it is in The Netherlands. It is a great machine, with a lot of features. I did not have the time yet to try everything but the one thing I love already is the automatic thread cutter. It is easy to use. Really a machine I would recommend to my family and friends.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.

Warranty Registration

There is no need to register your warranty.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.

What’s Covered? Bona-fide faults …. as per the manufactures guarantee.
What’s not Covered? Warranty excludes wilful damage, misuse, repairs caused by overuse or repairs made necessary use.
