I bought this machine to replace a very old Toyota.

It took me a while to get my head around everything this overlocker would do. Having experimented with both woven and stretch fabrics I can only say how impressed I am with the quality and functionality. It does everything I need for making clothes with a proffesional finish for both adults and children in my family.

Excellent value for money.I spent quite some time comparing machines and, only having a small budget, am so pleased I bought this one. After sales service has been brilliant.

I encountered what I thought was a problem so emailed GUR customer service. Realising that the problem was down to my ineptitude I immediately emailed them back. Their response was fast. Well done! I would not hesitate to come back for other things I may need.

This is a fabulous machine. The instruction are clear and easy to understand. It is easy to thread and use. It is quiet and runs very smoothly. A lovely bonus was the included feet. It gives a far better finish than my other 2 big name overlockers. I highly recommend this overlocker.

Your new product would have gone through the manufactures quality control before been delivered to you.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.

Warranty Registration

There is no need to register your warranty.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.
