I watched the video for the Jaguar DQS 405 sewing machine. I am thinking of buying the DQS 403 can you please tell me the difference between to 2 models .. Thank you

- The threading and usage of the machine is the same, the only diffrence is the amount of stitches, which are more on the DQS405

Couldn't be happier. It is so easy to use and the automatic needle threader is a game changer! Love the one button needle up or down and the sliding speed control button. Reassured by GURs guarantee but also the build quality which means that I don't expect to have to use it.

First new sewing machine for 25 years. How they have come on! Great range of stiches. Good range of accessories inc. feet. Needle threader a joy as is start stop button. Not an expert sewer but loving this machine. Brilliant price and service from GUR.

Not sure what to expect but impressed so far . Last domestic machine i had wandered all over the place on the table this one stays put. Nice stitch and everything just so really impressed so far. Hopefully sooner rather than later I will be ordering a jaguar overlock machine to complement the 403.i would have liked the all sing and dancing one (money is a bit tight at the moment but not dissatisfied with the one I got. Delivery fast .no complaints whatsoever regarding gur.👍👍👍

I'm very happy with my new Jaguar sewing machine. I'm by no means an expert, but find the machine very easy to manage and control, very easy to learn, reasonably quiet and capable of handing many different types of fabric. The needle threader really works, and the machine is generally very easy to thread and set up. I also find that I don't need the foot controller which makes the machine easier to use physically.

This company is the only company people should use for their sewing machine needs. Absolutely brilliant. I was scouting around the net for a Janome TXL607 Sewing Machine as my current model died on me half way through a job. GUR sewing machines offered me their best price for the sewing machine (which was well in between my price range) AND they offered me a few extra free gifts which i thought was brilliant of them. They got the sewing machine to me the next morning too, which i thought was outstanding! GUR sewing machines are an extremely humble and helpful sewing machine company.

Great before and after sales service comes as standard when you buy a sewing machine from us at GUR Sewing Machines.

Your new product would have gone through the manufactures quality control before been delivered to you.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.

Warranty Registration

There is no need to register your warranty.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.

What’s Covered? Bona-fide faults …. as per the manufactures guarantee.
