Quick efficient service as always , the quilting foot easy to fit on my Novum E200 sewing machine ,an extra pack of sewing needles is a must and of course the bobbins it’s a good idea to thread all your bobbins in one go as you don’t want to run out thread when your sewing machine, All items are of good quality ,good customer service and good quality products.

I needed a replacement for my old sewing machine. Having purchased the Novum overlocker and a cover stitch machine from GUR, both of which I have been very pleased with, I decided to purchase the Novum sewing machine.I finally tried it out this week and am so pleased with it. It runs very smoothly and is so much quieter than my Janome sewing machine. I tried setting some of the embroidery stitches with pleasing results. A bonus that I purchased this during the Black Friday event.Delivery was, as usual with GUR, the next day. Give the company and the machine 5 Stars all day long

Even though I know nothing about sewing, I realized that having a machine would be useful for repairing coats and taking up overalls, given that I'm a farmer. I contacted "GUR Machine Machines" and purchased a superb Novum E200 machine that fulfills all my needs. I also get all my accessories, such as needles and thread, from them. I simply tell them what I need to do, and they always provide me with the right tools and advice. Their prices are very competitive, the postage is quick, and their knowledge is unmatched. I don't look anywhere else for anything related to sewing and highly recommend them to others.

Your new product would have gone through the manufactures quality control before been delivered to you.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your sewing machine, overlocker or embroidery machine for the duration of your warranty, please contact us via email quoting your order number and a brief description of the fault.

We will then arrange a telephone call with you to go through some simple diagnostics with you. Often this helps to rectify the problem over the phone quicker.
We will repair your machine as swiftly as possible. We will arrange to collect your product. Please retain your original sewing machine box and polystyrene inserts as this will ensure it is protected during transit.

Warranty Registration

There is no need to register your warranty.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.

What’s Covered? Bona-fide faults …. as per the manufactures guarantee.
What’s not Covered? Warranty excludes wilful damage, misuse, repairs caused by overuse or repairs made necessary use. Please note “consumables items” such as belts, bulbs, needle threaders, bobbin cases, loopers, overlock knives, needle plates, bobbins and needles etc as stated on the manufactures guarantee document, your warranty is deemed invalid if your machine has been used for commercial purposes.
