Ordermail lacks the product information, must be more then \"ordernr\" only. Further: I\'m very content with the delivery to the mainland (Holland). Good price/service ratio and very well wrapped. Address was spelled wrong though (manual written) but package was delivered good this time.

Prompt delivery, however I had no idea machine was arriving as I never recieved an order confirmation or dispatch notification! Had to arrange for a receipt to be sent to me by post after delivery.

Such prompt service that I missed the delivery and had to re shedule it. I had not expected it to arrive within 4 days of my order!

My new machine is actually a lot nicer than the one I had which was a hand-me-down from my Aunt. I was unable to pick up my old machine which was made from solid cast, My new Pfaff is so quite and smooth running. Before purchasing this machine GUR were very knowledgeable with all the functions and lessons given with the machine Will buy again from GUR, THANKS a MILLION

I have to say I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful your staff were. I purchased the Pfaff 1200 quilter and my only complaint is the extension table has 3 gauges in it although the packaging was perfect can only assume it was like that when it left the factory but it is usable.
