Lovely products however arrived in damaged packaging with threads missing and no instructions or labels on any of the stabiliser. No communication about when machine would be received. Customer service were fantastic though in rectifying the missing items. Would suggest updating website to advise that no instructions/labels are included. Being new to this I couldn't tell which stabiliser was which due to know labels. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered them together. Once worked it out the products are all excellent quality. I would use GUR again.

This is a well made versatile crafting bag... a little gem of one. It was slightly smaller than I had envisaged, but that worked in my favour so was doubly delighted. It has lots of useful pockets on the outside with a couple on the inside as well. You could use this bag for anything, personally I use it for carrying my art gear...very pleased with item. Also impressed with the fast delivery...

Easy to place order, delivery a bit slow, but that was down to Royal Mail & wasn't a problem for me - if you want your item quickly, probably better to choose a paid delivery option. The piping foot works well, much cheaper than the Janome version but works perfectly. Not sure how I managed without it!! All in all, a good buying experience & I'll be buying from GUR again in the future.

Arrived by Royal Mail in 3 working days. Though it won't make it brand new to cut through multi layers, the sharpener is good for extending the life of your blade, cutting through a couple of folds, or trimming off.

I always use Clover Amour crochet hooks so I look for the best value when I'm shopping for them. GUR's website is easy to use. I am really impressed by the huge range of stock. Ordering and payment were easy and my hook arrived, well packaged in a matter of days. I've already ordered again and would recommend you to friends and family.

The Sewing machine was just as expected. The service from G.U.R. was excellent. Kept informed of order process, and fast delivery.

Shoulder straps were as expected, and fine. The bulb was packed in a flat paper bag and then into a small jiffybag (with no other protection) and arrived completely smashed. I asked for a refund which was given within a couple of days.

Excellent price and service and fast delivery from GUR sewing machines. Purple tip needles are fantastic, I use them as quilting and top stitch needles & they easily go through multiple layers. I use blue tips for a variety of less challenging needle situations and they are very good too.

Bought for my wife who says: Very fast efficient delivery. All ok on opening up. Machine is lovely. Haven't tested all the features yet but has a good range of stitches. Making bunting and grandaughters dress at the moment. Have not looked at embroidery feature but will do soon. Very easy and user friendly sewing machine. I have returned to machine sewing after some years gap and this was a dream to set up and go. The accessories / bed area could fit a bit better. Could do with on off switch for light - not always needed but I can't see where to switch off.
Great for: Really easy bobbing loading and threading of needle. Good range of stitches to suit all. Foot lift up lever can lift further if thicker fabric is needed. Fairly quiet to run. Feels capable yet easy to use.
