TESTIMONIALS

A good price, very easy to order and fast dispatch and delivery, would buy from GUR again

Thank you for the pattern which I cannot wait to make I was very pleased with the service you offered and will definitely shop with you another time

Hi GUR, beautiful machine so pleased with what it does, you where so helpful as usual, I don't shop anywhere else, Many thanks June.

GUR is always a good source of essential, but not always easy to find, sewing machine accessories. Very happy with my order, quick delivery, free p&p. Highly recommend.

First Class, all my machine are purchased through GUR. always helpful

The bag is excellent value for money. It is strong and a good size to take the foot pedal and other bits besides your machine. It was easy to order and came on time.

I love my sewing machine bag. I can keep the sewing foot and power cable neatly in the side zipped bag. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased an embroidery hoop from GUR. The first one I got did not fit and I got the correct one and a refund for first one. A good company to order from and helpful on phone. I like companies I can communicate with.

The foot arrived promptly and works a treat. I love my Pfaff Grand Quilter but there are not so many accessories for it as for other machines so I was delighted to get this foot.

Item were perfect on arrival, great communications form company and product arrived earlier than I had expected. Thank you. I won't hesitate to order from you again

I cannot praise GUR highly enough. The service and rapid delivery was second to none. If you need sewing Items or need advice, you'll find the guys at GUR most helpful. Their range of goods is extensive and I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

I ordered this fabric and was really excited to receive it to sew up a customer order, only to be given a refund and told it was out of stock a few days later. I am disappointed that the stock count was not correct online, as a small business owner with my own online web shop I believe it's important to keep on top of these things in order to not upset customers. I have not been able to get anything like this fabric anywhere else and have had to let my own customer down who I was buying this to make an order for. This company have made me look unprofessional because of their incompetence

Absolutely fantastic service! Chat online extremely helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else now for a sewing machine, accessories or parts. thank you GUR!

Thanks for great communication & fast service, just what I ordered

A full description of the machines makes selection a simple process. Delivery times are excellent particular being given a time slot by the courier not need to sit in all day.

Everything was first class- the advice- the offers- the delivery- the machine is quick, easy to thread, sturdy- chatted on line and from enquiry to using the machine for the first time couldn't have gone any better. Would recommend to friends and family.

Easy to browse the shop and to place an order, and the needle plate arrived safely and quickly - oh, and the price was very good for an excellent item. Many thanks!

Whenever I send for anything from your Superstore I know that it will be sent as soon as possible if in stock.

Thank you very much for sending the needle threader when it was in stock, it will make my life much easier.

Very efficient service. Pleasant staff when I made telephone enquiry regarding sewing machine..

Arrived within a few days. Easy to fit and makes easy work of matching the lines of stitching. Lovely.

Brilliant 1/4 inch foot. You can't go wrong as the guide keeps you at exactly the right sewing line. Thank you to GUR for sending it so quickly. Great service.

I am very pleased with my experience in purchasing on your website.. I received my machine bag and I am happy to say that it was perfect in every way for my sewing machine.

I would highly recommend GUR. They were very responsive to enquiries and questions and I found the customer service to be excellent. As for delivery, I placed my order on the Thursday and it was delivered less than 24 hours later.

Excellent delivery time and good description on website so I bought the right one!

Have used this business before and always had excellent service. This purchase just as smooth and fast. Goods arrived within couple of days. Will be first choice for sewing machine accessories.

Exceptional service

Diolch /Thank you GUR.
Eirian Hughes.

Lovely products however arrived in damaged packaging with threads missing and no instructions or labels on any of the stabiliser. No communication about when machine would be received. Customer service were fantastic though in rectifying the missing items. Would suggest updating website to advise that no instructions/labels are included. Being new to this I couldn't tell which stabiliser was which due to know labels. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered them together. Once worked it out the products are all excellent quality. I would use GUR again.

Excellent service. I look forward to making my hat! Best wishes

Love the machine - fast delivery and good communication.

Well, what can I say???

The customer service was excellent, company kept me informed and as for the delivery service - brilliant ☺ I've never experienced such first class service when I've ordered something and the speed of delivery was second to none.

Excellent company, pleasure to-do business with, I'll definitely be returning in the future when I need something. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gur to other people - the reviews other people have left just speaks for itself - great going business with you.

I'm one happy customer 😊😊😊

This is a well made versatile crafting bag... a little gem of one. It was slightly smaller than I had envisaged, but that worked in my favour so was doubly delighted. It has lots of useful pockets on the outside with a couple on the inside as well. You could use this bag for anything, personally I use it for carrying my art gear...very pleased with item. Also impressed with the fast delivery...

The service was excellent, my order arrived on time - to the minute in fact. My Gemini die cutter is perfect. Good news all roubd
