I visited the website and was looking for a machine for my mum who is 85. I had a particular machine in mind when the chat button popped up. I explained about the machine I was interested in. Following the advice I was given I ordered a completely different machine. The Jaguar that was recommended had more functions and stitches. The machine arrived next day in perfect condition and very well packaged. My Mum was absolutely thrilled with the machine and cannot get over how beautifully it stitches and how quietly it runs. The automatic threading was a big hit! This has now given my Mum a new passion for sewing and her old machine is relegated to the "sidelines".. Thank you G U R for a splendid service!

I love this machine. I haven't used a sewing machine since i was about 9 years old and this is bringing back loads of memories. I have only been practicing so far but will be beginning my first project tomorrow and I'm very excited. The machine is amazing. Not too complicated and definitely a good one to begin with, however i can see myself using this machine for a long time 😊 the service I received from you was extraordinary. I had the machine after 2 working days and courier cost only £15. Brilliant value for money. Thank you so much. I have subsequently ordered further products from you for projects I have lined up and plan on ordering the majority of products I need through you as the service I have received so far has been brilliant.
Very impressed with telephone service. I phoned to enquire which of two sewing machines I should buy and was given a third option for a much superior machine for the same price. Delivery service was promised within a few days. I received it on the fourth day ( which included the weekend and bank holiday Monday). I received a message on the morning of delivery, from the carrier, giving a time between 13.12 and 14.12, it arrived at 13.15.Very impressive!!!
It took a few days before the goods were shipped.
They did not always answer my mails.

I think GUR have done a very good job at offering excellent customer service. I had to unfortunately return the machine, even though it was in excellent working condition, for unrelated reasons (the machine did not have features I thought it had, I was misinformed).

I am currently in the process of starting up a T-shirt printing company but I also plan to offer embroidery. I purchased this software to allow me to digitize any logos that customers would like added to their garment. So far, this software has been brilliant and has allowed me to digitize numerous logos with ease. I would highly recommend this product to any beginner looking to personalise garments with embroidery.
Something to look out for when installing this product (This wont happen to everyone, but if it does here is how I resolved it ) : When installing this product my laptop wouldn't open the software post installation, I found this was because my antivirus software was preventing certain files from opening. I recommend if anyone encounters this that they firstly disconnect their PC from the Internet then temporary disable their antivirus software. Once you have completed the following steps then go ahead and re-install the software and launch the digitizer, this should allow you access. Go ahead and enable your anti virus again and reconnect the internet (I have had no issues since doing this).
Overall, I am very happy with the product and the service GUR provided. I feel as if the online live chat system is a great addition to the website, promoting great customer engagement and allowing any questions you may have to be answered quickly.

As I had not received my order after a few days, I telephoned to see what the situation was only to be told that they could see an order had been made online and paid for but their system had not generated my order. Therefore nothing had been done until I phoned and asked. After this things seemed to run smoother and goods were received.
GUR Reply: Thank You for the testimonal, there was a clitch in the system, soon as customer phoned we found the problem and was sorted ASAP.

It would have been better to know my items were out of stock before paying for them then having to go through the process of a refund.

This foot is very easy to clip on and use. My only issue is that there are no measurements on it so I have to measure the seam allowance and then slide the attachment to match but that is ok. It stays out and doesn't move which is good.
GUR were easy to do business with. The product description was clear and helpful. I have used the two purchased feet and found them both to be very beneficial.

Ordering the machine and paying for it was easy and the discounted price was excellent. It arrived in good time and in good condition.
But delivery was terrible. The driver for DPD claimed he had delivered when he had made no attempt. When I complained he returned but refused to bring the machine and the bag up the stairs to my flat, resulting in me having to manage a very heavy box up stairs myself. I was very unhappy and distressed by this and have received no response from DPD about this.
So, very happy with my machine but utterly disgusted by the delivery experience.
