I bought the Janome DKS30 as part of the gold package which included thread, scissors and lots of other goodies and I could not be happier!
GUR staff really do put customer service first, they are very helpful and seem to go the extra mile to make sure they can get you whatever you need.
I ordered my Janome on the Friday fully expecting to have to wait until the Monday for it to arrive but to my surprise and of course great delight it arrived the very next morning, the Saturday, well i was like a child in a sweet shop! Great service!!!

My telephone order was dealt with politely and efficiently. I was kept informed by e-mail at all times regarding the delivery and received my sewing machine between the specified 1 hour delivery slot.
I did receive my purchase but it took a whole week to reach me. I had the understanding that it was next day delivery so my experience was disappointing.
GUR Response: We are very sorry but as explained only our machines and larger items are sent for next day delivery. Smaller orders are shipped by second class post as we do offer FREE postage to all our customers. We can offer next day delivery on smaller orders also but there will be an additional charge.

I needed a lighter weight machine for workshops. I found the site very easy to use and the prices were very competitive. The machine I chose was cheaper than on other sites,and with a free gift of a quilting extension table and accessories. The delivery service was first class. Would highly recommend GUR.

I was more than happy with the service I received. I did not know what shade of cotton I needed to order and the person who served me checked it against another one for me to give me the right shade. I received my order within 2 days. You were most helpful.
I ordered a pair of shoulder pads and was pleased with the prompt delivery. The shoulder pads appear to be of good quality, but I had ordered 'large' shoulder pads as I am making a coat and these are not really my idea of large.
