I am living abroad at the moment and it is not always easy to order to this address. I called Gur and they were extremely helpful. My sewing machine arrived in record time, probably the fastest delivery on anything I have ordered here. So all you expats out there, you have just found the solution to all your sewing needs! Fantastically quick delivery. I placed my order on a Sunday evening and received my order by the Tuesday lunchtime. However, the wrong foot controller was packed with the machine. Gur resolved the issue instantly when i phoned, sending one out the next day. However, it took 4 working days to arrive, being delivered the following Monday. I fully appreciate that this is beyond their control, once they had sent the new foot controller it became the royal mails responsibility to deliver it. Whilst it was very annoying having to wait 6 days from delivery to actually be able to use my machine, i think it was just bad luck. I am really pleased with my machine and the customer service i received from Gur and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a machine from them.

Ordered Brother Innovis 55 online, good detailed website. Took advantage of an excellent offer of 3 packs of Gutermann Sulky thread for £20. Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Wednesday. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I was initially worried about ordering online as you can never be sure how reputable the company. This is my first experience with sewing machines and it was a gift. I can only praise G U R for their efficient service which made purchasing and receiving the product easy. The purchase process was smooth and the tracking and communication of my delivery was flawless, truly a professional company. Screwdrivers as the vest thing since sliced bread, have trouble with the other ones. Delivered on time cheaper than most places, service carries it though

I have nothing but praise for the help I received from GUR when I had a little trouble with the courier not delivering when promised. However, everything was sorted satisfactorily and I am so pleased with my overlocker. One tip though - when you try it out for the first time, remember to raise the thread mast!! I forgot and had to learn how to thread the machine sooner than I needed to. Thanks GUR for your great service.
