excellent service

My order arrived very quickly, everything was complete.
I have one issue- I had to phone Customer Services after making my on-line order because an on-line 5% discount failed to apply. During my conversation I confirmed my order. This included, amongst other things, two packs of 5 Embellisher needles. I did not realise that they could be ordered much more cheaply as a pack of ten. As I was sent one small wrap of ten needles anyway, it would have been helpful to have been advised that I could purchase them more cheaply.

Swift delivery, easy and good value payment.Perfect transaction! THANK YOU G.U.R !

Lovely produce fast delivery thank you.

This firm was the only one, in this country, that had the button holer and they supplied it, P&P free, the day after I paid for it.
I was also able to use Paypal to pay for the item, so I had no worries about the payment.
I would recommend this firm to anyone thinking about purchasing any sowing items from them.

Thank you all at G.U.R ordered my sewing machine at 12.10pm on Friday delivered on Saturday at 3.10pm very swift delivery.Thank you also for my free gift.Tried my Frister Rossman 404 today its great thank you very much.

Very quick service. Ordered a new filter cartridge and a replacement cover. Wouldnt be without my Pfaff.

My experience as a customer with G.U.R. sewing machines was a pleasant one and good service but as customer visiting it was an even better one. All staff were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. showing machines was no problem, even when boss, was busy with customer. He also made myself and my sister how the flower foot worked before purchased and promised full refund if not 100% happy. I would definitely shop there again. all they room full of busy computer staff were also pleasant and polite, could I say more. Unfortunately I only wanted machine needles this time but looking to purchasing a machine in the future from G.U.R. and will be visiting to see what I want.

Very good quality and prompt delivery. Would recommend this website.

Looked for Elna feet everywhere and GUR has such a great selection. They were well described, a competitive price, and arrived quickly.

I have twice ordered sewing feet for my machine and on both occasions the goods were delivered very quickly. The website is well designed which makes it easy to be sure parts you order will fit your machine. Well done GUR!

I would just like to say a great big thank you to your team. My Husqvaran H Class sewing machine arrive on time, extremely impressed. I did have a small problem, which was expertly sorted very quickly.

The machine was delivered very promptly. It arrived on 1st October. I am delighted with this purchase. It runs very silently, stitches are perfect and although more complicated than my old machine is relatively easy to set up. I am very pleased with the service from this company and have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly use them to purchase accessories for the machine.

Super speedy delivery. Excellent! Thanks

Unfortunately the item I ordered was not available, but I was informed of this the next day along with an apology. Limited as the service was I am quite happy with it.

The part I ordered arrived very swiftly. This is the second time I have ordered the needle threader as my original one broke. However, I cannot seem to get the new ones to work! My machine is the 6260 QC

Great service, fast shipping.I will shop here again!

Fantastic service.... Order arrived within 48hrs of placing order... Item is beautiful ! Am sure my niece will love her first sewing box!!! Thank you :-)

I am living abroad at the moment and it is not always easy to order to this address. I called Gur and they were extremely helpful. My sewing machine arrived in record time, probably the fastest delivery on anything I have ordered here. So all you expats out there, you have just found the solution to all your sewing needs! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Kept informed all the way through and next day delivery great especially when you can track the parcel and get updates regarding estimated delivery time. Loved the machine so much my mother in law asked me to get one for her.

The service I received was excellent and was struck by the super fast delivery (placed order on Sunday evening and received goods by Tuesday morning. I highly recommend GUR and will definitely place an order again.

GUR had exactly what I needed, at a great price, and delivered quickly. I will definately buy from here again!

Fantastically quick delivery. I placed my order on a Sunday evening and received my order by the Tuesday lunchtime. However, the wrong foot controller was packed with the machine. Gur resolved the issue instantly when i phoned, sending one out the next day. However, it took 4 working days to arrive, being delivered the following Monday. I fully appreciate that this is beyond their control, once they had sent the new foot controller it became the royal mails responsibility to deliver it. Whilst it was very annoying having to wait 6 days from delivery to actually be able to use my machine, i think it was just bad luck. I am really pleased with my machine and the customer service i received from Gur and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a machine from them.

Ordered Brother Innovis 55 online, good detailed website. Took advantage of an excellent offer of 3 packs of Gutermann Sulky thread for £20. Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Wednesday. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I was initially worried about ordering online as you can never be sure how reputable the company. No need to worry, would definitely recommend GUR Sewing Machines.

Great item delivery excellent service excellent as always the best site for all machine accessories.

I have found my experience with you when coming to your premises and my order from your website is the best service I have had in a long time. I will not hesitate place further orders.

Best wishes

This is my first experience with sewing machines and it was a gift. I can only praise G U R for their efficient service which made purchasing and receiving the product easy. The purchase process was smooth and the tracking and communication of my delivery was flawless, truly a professional company. The machine itself has been tried and tested which thus far has proved easy and from what I'm told perfect for her needs! The tuition dvd that accompanied the Brother machine was also a welcomed resource! All I can do is say thank you!!!

Great help by phone first then very prompt receipt of the foot I was after.

Very happy. Great machine at the best price I could find and quickly delivered. Communication good too. I would definitely buy from G.U.R again.

Quick service. One of the few places who sell these specialised needles for my quilting machine. Brilliant thank you.
