My experience as a customer with G.U.R. sewing machines was a pleasant one and good service but as customer visiting it was an even better one. All staff were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. showing machines was no problem, even when boss, was busy with customer. He also made myself and my sister how the flower foot worked before purchased and promised full refund if not 100% happy. I would definitely shop there again. all they room full of busy computer staff were also pleasant and polite, could I say more. Unfortunately I only wanted machine needles this time but looking to purchasing a machine in the future from G.U.R. and will be visiting to see what I want.

The machine was delivered very promptly. It arrived on 1st October. I am delighted with this purchase. It runs very silently, stitches are perfect and although more complicated than my old machine is relatively easy to set up. I am very pleased with the service from this company and have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly use them to purchase accessories for the machine.

I am living abroad at the moment and it is not always easy to order to this address. I called Gur and they were extremely helpful. My sewing machine arrived in record time, probably the fastest delivery on anything I have ordered here. So all you expats out there, you have just found the solution to all your sewing needs! Fantastically quick delivery. I placed my order on a Sunday evening and received my order by the Tuesday lunchtime. However, the wrong foot controller was packed with the machine. Gur resolved the issue instantly when i phoned, sending one out the next day. However, it took 4 working days to arrive, being delivered the following Monday. I fully appreciate that this is beyond their control, once they had sent the new foot controller it became the royal mails responsibility to deliver it. Whilst it was very annoying having to wait 6 days from delivery to actually be able to use my machine, i think it was just bad luck. I am really pleased with my machine and the customer service i received from Gur and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a machine from them.
Ordered Brother Innovis 55 online, good detailed website. Took advantage of an excellent offer of 3 packs of Gutermann Sulky thread for £20. Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Wednesday. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I was initially worried about ordering online as you can never be sure how reputable the company. No need to worry, would definitely recommend GUR Sewing Machines.

This is my first experience with sewing machines and it was a gift. I can only praise G U R for their efficient service which made purchasing and receiving the product easy. The purchase process was smooth and the tracking and communication of my delivery was flawless, truly a professional company. The machine itself has been tried and tested which thus far has proved easy and from what I'm told perfect for her needs!
