I bought a very expensive sewing machine on line with alot of help from GUR. I later changed my mind and decided on a cheaper machine. Billy at GUR has been great and the assistance has been brilliant even though I am spending alot less. When I buy the expensive machine in a few months time I will definitely go back to GUR. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you don't get service like theirs very often. Highly recommend.

Hi, when I ordered my item it said it was in stock. I was then notified that you were out of stock but an order would be coming in. I received a further e-mail saying you couldn't re-order so not the best experience, but at least I was told about the problems.

Fantastic service, great product. My sewing machine arrived in France in just two days, beautifully packed. I had emailed to ask if I could have a european plug on my machine and was told no, UK plugs only. However, when it arrived it was european after all, so no need to use an adaptor. Really thrilled with my machine and have lots of plans for new projects.

I needed a spare part for an Elna sewing machine I had purchased from GUR about 2 years ago. I was delighted with the srvice I received then so naturally, I thought immediately to approach the same company for the part, even though I live in Italy. I sent an e-mail enquiry and by prompt return I received a message identifying the part and confirming that it was in stock. This really pleased me because I had expected to hear that it had to be ordered from Elna. The price was reasonable and I was not charged shipping cost. I received an e-mail very soon after order placement advising that the part had been shipped and I received it in the mail about a week after the order date.

The easiest on-line purchase! The Husqvana E20 is a delightful machine, just a hiccup with the feed-dog setting in the first few minutes soon resolved by the handbook. Absolutely superb to use. And the delivery info and service was remarkable: an email at 6.45am advised that Debbie, the driver for DPS, would arrive from 7.57am onwards and she actually arrived dead on 8am. What more could one ask for?
