I placed my order and received it the following day. A Pfaff Creative Sensation, delivered on time and in fab condition. The aftersales service was perfect. Steve and Billy are two fabulous ambassadors for GUR and worth their weight in gold. I needed the TruEmbroidery software and sure enough exactly one week later it was in my hands.
I cannot praise GUR enough, I thoroughly recommend them and cannot imagine going elsewhere.
My local retailer should tremble because they lost a few thousand pounds worth of business for being unable to deliver this standard of service.

I ordered four machines by telephone on a Friday. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I received an 'order dispatched' notification within an hour and the order arrived the following Monday.I received a text and email from the carrier telling me a when in the day the order would be delivered, within a one hour delivery window, with an option to change delivery if that didn't suit me. Fantastic service! I have since ordered another machine this time online and received the same excellent level of service, the machine arriving within 24 hours of ordering it. I ordered a circular attachment for my Janome machine. I was then concerned I had ordered the right version so emailed GUR who double checked for me and quick response to confirm that I had ordered the right one. I have ordered from GUR in the past and they will always be my first choice should I need anything as they are always reliable, competitively priced and carry a good stock and range of items.

Machine arrived ok, although took a while to get here but that may have been due to people off over new year.

I found the fabric glue I purchased to be ideal for my needs, attaching velcro to material.

Excellent service from GUR. I wasn't expecting the item to be delivered before Xmas but delighted that it was. They use a well run courier service down to the hour, one of my gripes is having to stay in all day for a delivery but with DPD they provide a great tracking service. Purchased the Creative 3.0 and it was delivered the next day. Had lots of freebies with it. It does so much but actual instruction manual is not very good. Could do with some practical lessons to get the best out of machine. Voiced my concerns and GUR gave me contact details of someone who maybe able to help. Good timely delivery when the machine was in stock, happy. But, the machine arrived unwrapped(i.e in clear cellophane wrapper and it was meant to be a present for my wife so she saw what it was. I would have suggested that all parcels/deliveries are at least wrapped in coloured parcel paper. Rest all fine thank you and machine is excellent. Thank you. Kind regards

Ordered and delivered in the week before Christmas - excellent service.

After order was accepted I received email to say goods not in stock. This was not at all expected. Since payment had been sent, I could not afford to order from somebody else. Had to just hope that new stock would arrive in time to be dispatched for Xmas. In my experience, it is the done thing to not accept an order if an item is out of stock. I emailed you my concern and a reply was promptly sent informing me the sewing machine would arrive the following week. I was impressed when it arrived on the day stated. But, I could have done without the worry. My daughter is very pleased with the sewing machine so it turned out well - luckily! Happy new year .

Excellent customer service, very helpful with my order for a Janome 605 to take to craft lessons and answered my questions immediately.

I was very pleased and actually ordered a Janome 8900 Memory craft two days later which I got a very good deal on.

I cant comment on the machine, as I havent taken it out of the box yet. However, the chaps on your helpdesk were fantastic. It took me perhaps three months to make up my mind on whether to get a machine / which one to get. Three times I rang, and each time the advice was very helpful and happily given.
