after having a 25 year old machine which was on its last legs, its so nice to have one that really works so well, love it, and the delivery time was fantastic thank you so much, shall enjoy my sewing now without tearing my hair out.

After my pup ate the power cable for my nice new Newhome machine I was at a bit of a loss as to how to replace it, but after I sent an email to G.U.R. they gave me the code and price and a prompt replacement. Oh and the cable wasn't plugged in at the time so the pup is fine. Excellent service and reasonable prices.

I visited the store in Birmingham last week to purchase a machine and I cannot say a bad word about them! The service was excellent, I was shown how to use the machine and then had a chance to try it myself. I was particularly impressed as the man who demonstrated the machine informed me he isn't the person who normally does this and knows little about sewing, he could have fooled me. He gave really great instructions and was very patient! I have already recommended GUR to my friends and am looking forward to y next visit. The service is great, the prices are great! Pleased with quick delivery, cotton holder is very good but ordered curved embroidery scissors and have been sent manicure scissors so not happy as particularly wanted fine cutting points, manicure scissors dont cut to the points, never mind, lesson learned.
