My accessories arrived quickly. However, the sewing (twin) needle, though packed adequately for transit (min-bubble wrap) has no packaging/cover for stoage when not in use. All my other machine needles have come in a case or package for storage. Also, the website does not give reference/part numbers so impossible to check against the Brother manual when deciding what to order. So, satisfied but not thrilled.

After the impeccable service with my sewing machine delivery I ordered a cutting table from G.U.R. Unfortunately, this was a rather frustrating experience, as the table was delivered nearly two weeks after order placement:( I understand they didn't have it in stock, because the delivering company was Horn, and the item is no longer available on GUR's website. The cutting table is very good, with a tiny flaw - one of the wheels stopping mechanism doesn't work. I wish they had told me they don't have it in stock rightaway, or at least apologised for late delivery (my account was charged full sum next day after ordering). I am disappointed.

Dear GUR, I just want to say thank you very much for going above and beyond the call of duty. My sewing machine foot, Acufeed Ditch Quilting Foot for the Horizon came this morning at 11.00 a.m. and I have been able to spend a very pleasant afternoon getting to know this new to me foot whilst quilting a quilt I am making for my Mothers 75th birthday. Just took delivery of the Janome 4623 very pleased, already own a Janome professsional, straight stitch and am equally pleased. Delivery was excellent to the hour. have ordered accessories in the past and had delivery within a few days. Excellent service all round
