Ordered Cutwork Needle Kit. Actually going to use with my HV machine and 4D software, but it's all compatible and GUR had the best price - cheaper to buy the kit than just a set of needles! Machine arrived quickly and couldn't wait to try it...3 hours later could not get it to work..Next morning phoned and was told engineer would call back p.m...Engineer called back and told me that it sounded as if belt had slipped in transit and I could either have it collected for return or maybe with his help put belt back..hubby managed to sort the belt with engineers assistance.Could not ask for better service..they were very appologetic and helpful

Ordered my sewing machine on Sunday and it arrived 2 days later on Tuesday which, I feel, is excellent service. I'm only a beginner so bought a fairly basic model. I didn't even know how to thread a machine but after following the DVD and reading the booklet, have almost completed my first ever tunic top.

The Janome overlocker machine is replacing an old model I used for 6years of daily use in my clothing alteration shop. It was still going strong but I retired. This is a very good company. I ordered my Janome sewing machine at lunchtime on 17th January and it was with me less than 24 hours later. The customer service was excellent when I rang with a couple of queries. Will definitely recommend to others.

When I was asked to make a phone call before my order was processed I cynically assumed it was to tell me some bad news, this bit missing or that bit doubled in price! To my amazement and delight it was to ascertain I had the best model for the work I had to do. By the end of my conversation with Billy I had ordered an upgrade model but cancelled six of the attachments I had previously ordered, as they came as part of the new package.The final surprise was I paid no more for the new order. I found this truly amazing. How often do you get such service without there being anything in it for the server? I don't recall ever having such fantastic service from a company before.
