Ordering was easy but unfortunately I was given a refund due to the item being out of stock, this was dealt with in a timely manner. I would shop at here again but I cannot leave a review regarding the item.

Pleased with the machine foot. Customer services was not knowledgable when asked about the different Categories (code5) etc. Told me that they did not sell a Singer parts! The foot said Husqvarna.

I ordered my embroidery machine and it was dispatched the very next day. Unfortunately there was an issue with DPD that they did not update me of the delivery coming or having been made to my neighbour so I did not know for a whole week that my sewing machine was with a neighbour a neither had they left me a card to say so.
When I contacted GUR to find out the whereabouts of my sewing machine they did everything possible to help me track the parcel. It was to be delivered to my work address, not my home address so not as easy as just walking next door to ask. GUR contacted DPD to try to find out where the parcel was and also kept me updated with their responses.
Once back at work I asked my neighbours and found the machine with them a few doors up. GUR were very polite and understanding and eager to help throughout the issue and I could not fault them or their service.
I would recommend them absolutely and would not hesitate to reuse them for my sewing purchases in the future.

I requested delivery on a specific day, and was given a time frame.

The machine arrived on time. It was well packaged. It appears very well made.

I made myself unthread the machine straight way so that it didn't become daunting.

The threading instructions are clear, and I found it easy to thread; the 180 degree opening front and DVD certainly helped.

So far I've only practiced with one stitch in 4 thread overlocking, haven't made any alterations to width or density or tried any of the extra feet included in the package. The stitches are very neat, and look good.

I'm very pleased with both the machine and the service, which have been excellent. Thankyou. Could we have more video tutorials on using the machine please?

Very pleased all round. Delivery was speedy. For an ex display model could not see a mark on it. Machine much lighter than my old one. Have not sewn for a while so I find the range of stitches available plenty for me while I reacquaint myself and decide if I need to look for something a little more specialist in the future. If I do - I will certainly be back to GUR.

I am very pleased with my sewing machine which Ed replaced my ole Pfaff creative machine.m. The machine is wonderful and sews like a Rolls Royce but only cost a mini! Since I received it I have made several tops, dresses and even a bag. I have called it Erik after the delivery man who arrived exactly when he should have. Easy to order but I became a little concerned when I received no despatch or delivery updates .
However, when I emailed , asking for this information, I received a reply within 24 hrs , with a full explanation.

I cannot comment on the items, I haven’t had chance to use them yet. However, the service from GUR is very good. One of the items had to be replaced and the communication with regards to the issue was good, clear, helpful and prompt.

Arrived promptly but sadly had wrong connection for my Pfaff creative 2134. A shame as this foot control was at half the usual price. Spoke to GUR on phone when they were very polite and understanding. They immediately sent a pre- paid returns label and refunded to my PayPal account on receipt of my return. Would use GUR again for spare parts but I think they have stopped stocking Pfaff.

Bought as a gift for my step daughter. Arrived within a few days of ordering. Great deal on machine included quilting extension table. Instruction manual is straight forward and comprehensive. Also included in the kit was a walking foot and a plate to cover the feed dog for free motion embroidery My step daughter is thrilled with her machine, and has already made hats and practiced embroidery using the embroidery foot that came with the gift kit. Can't comment on durability yet but I have told my step daughter if she decides sewing is not her thing I would more than happily adopt her new machine.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.. I had wanted the brother F420 for a while but needed one on finance and gursewing machines were very helpful they made the whole process run smoothly and very quickly too I will add once I’d been accepted for finance my machine was delivered the next day all the while updates by email and even a phone call to say what the next step was going to be.. I would highly recommend it’s a great company.. I would also highly recommend the brother F420 absolutely love this sewing machine which came with a free quilting kit worth £149.. The order for the table legs (Janome sewing table legs) arrived in Australia safely and promptly for such a long trip. They are now fastened onto my perspex table and work extremely well.

The Janome professional airthreader is the best purchase I have ever made! Not only because it has turned out to be exactly, and even more than I could have wished for, but because the gentleman who took my order was exactly that, a true gentleman. White knights! After being let down by another company I received my janome airthreader 2 days later, the only reason I didn't have next day delivery is because I ordered it too late.

i bought the Brother 3034DWT overlocker after a lot of research as it is my first overlocker and have heard how hard they can be to use and thread.
I am so pleased with my choice. There was a little hiccup with a small part missing but after a quick phone call to GUR the part was despatched and I received it next day, fantastic customer service. The machine is so easy to use. It came already threaded with four cones and ready to use. I didn't change any settings to start with, they were all factory set at 4 and it sewed perfectly. It also came with 3 free feet and thread. Thank you so much to GUR their service is 5*. I even got a cheeky discount! If you are thinking about getting an overlocker you won't be disappointed if you buy the Brother 3034DWT.

The order processing service was great!, the delivery speedy, the packaging suitable (i.e. not overly done with too much plastic) The product as described and suitable for purpose. The décal actually better than expected. Why not a 5 star review....well the Deluxe table has a "foot" right in front of the sewing plate. This means that as you feed your perfectly pieced and pinned fabric towards the sewing plate it goes over a bump then you have roughly 3 inches before reaching the needle to get everything back together again. Such a shame to be let down by a design fault! Note to self.... next time look for an extension table that has a completely flat surface and feet that are hinged beneath the work surface.
