TESTIMONIALS

Great service, item very quickly received. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Thank you GUR delighted with my new machine. Everything went smoothly from order to delivery - delivery on my chosen day and kept informed of order process. Happy to recommend this company and would have no hesitation to use again.

Amazing price! Bought the Janome MC15000 upgrade kit for AUD$200. If I was to buy it here in Australia it would have cost me AUD$500, thank you. Postage was fast too.

The embroidery software is sooooooo expensive that it’s always a bit of a “gulp” thinking about buying an upgrade. This one is 110% worth it. If you ever use your embroidery machine for quilting, this upgrade is a game changer. It automatically fills in shapes or backgrounds with stippling or a range of patterns or echo lines. Everything is adjustable. First one I tried was sensational. You can also create your own fill patterns. I know this upgrade does other stuff too, for me that single improvement was worth every trembling penny

Great service would shop with you again. Kept me up to date with delivery

Excellent service, speedy delivery. My only comment is give the item was for a older machine it was priced high.

Really helpful personal service and fast delivery. Would strongly recommend.

GUR website is easy to navigate and well organised, The search facility found the fabric I required and the process of ordering and paying was also very easy to understand. My fabric arrived on time and well packed. I will be using GUR again. Couldn't be faulted from start to finish.

Fantastic machine, and service very happy. The staff had lots of time to talk to me on the phone and explain I would recommend to anyone.

order received 36 hours after my order....a pleasure to deal with such an efficient company. A huge range of products for home sewing.

Great website and very helpful staff. I rang to make an inquiry re an intended purchase and a category letter for my sewing machine. My questions were answered straight away. I went ahead with my online purchase and can't wait for my items. Fantastic - free delivery, not slapped with an additional delivery charge due to geographical location. GUR will definately be first port of call for my sewing requirements.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery. My go to sewing machine accessory supplier.

The usual GUR efficient service.

Great Customer Service
I contacted GUR as the Janome overlocker I noticed was priced at £699 when I looked at the site in my lunchtime, but by the time I arrived at home the price increased to £765.
A very pleasant gentleman named Steve called me back and explained that the overlockers priced at £699 had been sold, but he had spoken to the manager and told me that as I had seen the reduced price I could have a brand new machine in an unopened box and with the free thread pack for £765.

The machine priced at £699 had previously been used in a classroom.

I ordered the machine and it arrived the next day. It was a brand new machine and I used it on the day it arrived.
A great machine with AirThread I'd made a dress within 3 hours.

Good price and prompt efficient service. Thank you.

Pleased with my blindstitch hemmer machine, very fast delivery, good communication, when I received my first machine there seemed to be a problem with it, I rang GUR who were very helpful and without an quibble sent me out another machine which I received the very next day and they picked my faulty machine up at the same time. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you GUR

Delighted with all aspects of my purchase. The pin cushion was a present for a friend who has a Janome machine and she had not been able to find the cushion anywhere, so she was over the moon when she got the pin cushion. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
