I love this hoop as it doesn't waste stabilizer when doing embroidery because the design fills nearly all the hoop.Fabric is really easy to hoop. I bought a Pfaff 2170 years ago from GUR and was impressed with their help and service then. The commitment to service and quality hasn't changed.

Order was delivered quickly and well packed. The extension table for the Brother 4234d overlocker is very useful and well made. It makes the handling of fabric much easier as you stitch. It's also a very handy storage case for the essentials. I can highly recommend this

First rate, simply the best..... that will do for fear of being a bore..... but sayings aside, they were amazing. They did everything it said and more. My machine was delivered to France in 5 days...I then ordered the extra bits I wanted for my innov is 800e as I was excited to get going "big time" I just asked them to send what they recommended, they did a great job, arrived next day. Excellent customer service! I ordered a number of sewing machine feet and accessories during a sale but a few were out of stock. GUR informed me straight away by email and I was given the option of a refund or putting them on back-order. I opted for back order (I certainly wasn't going to get them at that price elsewhere). The items were dispatched as soon as available so I received them a lot quicker than anticipated! So pleased with the service, I will definitely be using them again.

Only one complaint and its not a GUR issue - would have been helpful if Brother had included a DVD in with machine as would be easier to follow set up on how to use machine as well as a book, but that is just a personal preference. Will have to look on youtube.

The Sewing machine and software arrived just after noon next day after my order, delivered by van direct from Brother, excellent service. The additional items were sent by post, and this was not clear when I ordered, but a quick email to G.U.R. asking for clarification set my mind at ease, and they arrived shortly after.

I had taken my embriodery machine in for a service, but i had seen this Brother Lx17 online previously, so the staff got one for me to take home in about 5 minute's, plus showed me some alternative's, i still settled for this machine, and im more than happy with it, quiet to use, and can handle a few layers of denim easily, bottonholes well also, i have it for a standby machine, as i sew most day's, and cant be without a machine. A good basic allrounder for anyone, sturdy and easy to use, great haberdashery in stock also
