Very slow service. Ordered on 2 October but not posted until 15th. I saw item cheaper on another site too! This experience has put me off using this site again. GUR: Customer was emailed to notify item out of stock, when delivered no one was in to receive the item, royal mail had carded the house.

The price was good but the service not. The items were despatched more than a week later. Once received I had a query a regarding one item received and nobody bothered to respond to my email so far. GUR Reply: have checked emails, no emails recieved by Isla, have checked database no Isla name recorded. Sorry we have no idea who you are
