Great service, the only place I could find my part from. My only criticism is the postage was steep for such a small part.

This item caught my eye as it was very well priced, it was an open box item but honestly I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between it being brand new. It's a great machine and comes with easy to understand instructions for an overlocker novice such as myself. Delivery was fantastic, arrived within 24 hours!

I had a problem with my machine and phoned GUR for advice. They sorted the problem for me over the phone which prevented me from buying an expensive item to fix it. I was so pleased as the problem had been going on for some time. I haven't had a problem with it since. I also ordered several items which arrived the next day. They will always be my first go-to sewing shop now. So very pleased. Thank you so much.

Great service from GUR. I needed a replacement for my overlocker. I called to discuss the various models as I was looking to upgrade. I was asked many questions and offered a recommendation and genuine advice based on my sewing needs and not simply offered a 'sales pitch' that promoted the most expensive machine. Delivery was arranged for a date to suit me and was made securely, I would definitely recommend this company.

Very helpful and friendly assistant on the phone said I should order by email,which I did, and the product arrived swiftly through Royal Mail. Thank you.

I rang GUR about a replacement part for my machine. They were very helpful and directed me to exactly the right part of the website. I placed the order online and it arrived in a couple of days. Quick service and no excess packaging. I wouldn’t buy sewing machine accessories anywhere else.

Checkout process is great. Support process is very easy with online forms and email addresses to enable contact. Pictures can be attached aswell to illustrate the problem. Response time was excellent and far exceeded my expectation by using WhatsApp video call to pinpoint my issue. Can't fault the excellent service. Very impressed. Thank-you

I gave this a 5 star as a review but all this company does is pester you with email and the product you purchased in my case a tiny screwdriver to give a review one review should be enough but no I had received 2 emails today plus many more over weekend about same product I purchased to give a review and I unsubscribed, was it worth the hassle of getting so many emails . Brilliant service sending the item out but wouldn’t recommend them to buy if this is what they do.

Could not find the plastic bobbin cover for the needle plate anywhere on the website. These parts do wear and then they don't close properly so it would be good to know that replacements are available.

I am really pleased with the Jaguar 401. It is easy to use and does everything I need for crafts and dressmaking. I’ve tries it out on a variety of fabrics with no problems. It feels strong but not too heavy.
The only minor point I would make is that the food pedal lead is not long enough to go over the back of my sewing table out of the way.

When i wanted to buy this item it was out of stock, but i was able to leave my contact details and would be informed when it was in stock. This was done very quickly and it arrived very soon afterwards. I received excellent service.

The extension table, for my machine, once it finally arrived, is excellent and I am delighted with it but the shopping experience was not the best!
You passed the order to Janome Uk to expedite directly and the first thing I received from them was a delivery note for my table in a small package, accompanied by a pack of 5 sewing machine needles which I had not ordered, but no table.
Helen at Janome apologised profusely and arranged to have the table sent urgently via DPD. It arrived the next morning (Sat) but without the 6 legs required for it to fit my machine.
On Monday Helen again apologised and had the legs despatched by first class post. They arrived the next day and I was finally able to enjoy using the table.
Many thanks to Helen for her help, and for the complimentary needles which she suggested I keep, but zero points to the warehouse staff at Janome!
As someone who has worked in customer service, I was more amused than annoyed by the experience but trust this is not the norm for their customers!

Really quick delivery so my sewing was barely interrupted when my spool holder snapped which was very much appreciated thank you. Genuine part and reasonable price charged for it.

The purchase was made on 14/03/2022. I’m very pleased with your company. I’ve been buying from you for quite awhile now. I’ve had no reason to complain about my purchases from you. I even got my daughter to buy from your company and have recommended other people too. I am still waiting for delivery of my last order being the OLISO SMART STEAM IRON.
 

The item met my expectations, and was very reasonably priced. There is the option of a discount on your first and future orders if you subscribe to their 'club'...(no cost involved).
Order received within a couple of days....I would certainly use this company again.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as the item ended up being out of stock but my refund was issued quickly without any problems. Have ordered from GUR before and highly recommend them.

I've only been able to use my new Brother overlocker a couple of times, though I've already finished a full garment with it. The machine seems to straight up purr when I use it. Threading hasn't been a challenge for me. The instructions are quite clear, and there are video's up on YouTube about it as well. I foresee a very happy future for me and this machine.
