I ordered an expensive sewing table from GUR. The delivery time was meant to be 4 weeks. They let me know that the manufacturer was running two weeks late and it would be 6 weeks before my table was delivered. Very unexpectedly I was offered a full refund to my credit card, with payment not being taken until the manufacturer phoned me with a delivery date. Brilliant service ! Would definitely use GUR again.

I’m always assured I can get the necessary replacement parts and accessories for my old but largely trustworthy overlocker. Delivery is speedy too. Thank you GUR.

Top marks as far as the machine ect. This is the second machine I have bought from this company. A Janome sewing machine last time that is the whole reason I bought the overlocker from them. Very easy to work the Elna and easy to change from Overlock to roll hem and other options. Will be back for more purchases in the future.

Excellent quality product at a great price.
Sometimes I try and iron too quickly, but this is just me getting used to a new way of ironing.

I'm very pleased with my sewing machine bag. The bag is made of sturdy material and definitely strong enough to carry my machine. It is roomy and has a pocket at the front to carry all the electrics, could even carry more accessories as well. I love the nice bright colour too. Would highly recommend it.

I love love love this machine! I've been using Janome for some years and was wanting to upgrade for quite a while now. For me having little things like auto thread cutter, locking stitch etc is a game changer and at long last I can now do a decent button hole!!!
The 5060 QDC is very easy to use. It comes with various feet,spool caps etc and very comprehensive instructions. This is my first digital sewing machine and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to venture out into the digital sewing machine world.

I am very happy with my purchase from GUR. I received a very quick reply when I emailed the company regarding delivery date and they kindly changed the delivery so that I could receive it when I would be home. My order was really well packaged and arrived safely and in great condition. The overlocker was threaded up and ready to go, which was a bonus as I’ve never used one before. I am sorry to say the order didn’t arrive. I think this was unfortunately due to there not being a Customs Code on the packet. I would have needed to pay duty on the items as they were coming from UK. It is a sign of the times we live in and I am so disappointed that delivery was not possible. Having said that, any dealings I had with you were brilliant. speedy,response, great communication. Would 100% recommend your company.

A wonderful shopping experience. Order the sewing machine which was advertised as an open box product. However, the goods which arrived, in my opinion, had never been opened or taken out of the box. It was in pristine condition with instructions and warranty card so I am so happy with the goods. The service was amazing too. Order late at night and was delivered within 48 hours. Great service, the only place I could find my part from. My only criticism is the postage was steep for such a small part.

This item caught my eye as it was very well priced, it was an open box item but honestly I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between it being brand new. It's a great machine and comes with easy to understand instructions for an overlocker novice such as myself. Delivery was fantastic, arrived within 24 hours!

I had a problem with my machine and phoned GUR for advice. They sorted the problem for me over the phone which prevented me from buying an expensive item to fix it. I was so pleased as the problem had been going on for some time. I haven't had a problem with it since. I also ordered several items which arrived the next day. Great service from GUR. I needed a replacement for my overlocker. I called to discuss the various models as I was looking to upgrade. I was asked many questions and offered a recommendation and genuine advice based on my sewing needs and not simply offered a 'sales pitch' that promoted the most expensive machine. I rang GUR about a replacement part for my machine. They were very helpful and directed me to exactly the right part of the website. I placed the order online and it arrived in a couple of days. Quick service and no excess packaging. I wouldn’t buy sewing machine accessories anywhere else.

I gave this a 5 star as a review but all this company does is pester you with email and the product you purchased in my case a tiny screwdriver to give a review one review should be enough but no I had received 2 emails today plus many more over weekend about same product I purchased to give a review and I unsubscribed, was it worth the hassle of getting so many emails . Brilliant service sending the item out but wouldn’t recommend them to buy if this is what they do.
