TESTIMONIALS

Very fast and efficient service with the opportunity to return goods if unsatisfactory (WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. The website is explicit and it was easy to identify the required part.

Excellent customer service. Kept fully informed of expected delivery time. Machine actually delivered a day early. Wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

Excellent service. Very useful site for purchasing accessories for my Husqvarna Viking sewing machine together with other items for my sewing hobby. Many thanks.

Great service, and very happy with the sewing machine. Ideally it threads just like my old one, making it easy to get started. Can thoroughly recommend your company.

Brilliant service and next day delivery thankyou

A great choice of sewing boxes. Excellent efficient service. Thank you

I purchased a Clover stitch ripper, it arrived quickly and communication was good. My only criticism is about the product, there is no safety guard only a very flimsy piece of soft plastic. I have never bought a stitch ripper without a proper guard before ans as this was quite expensive compared to ithers, I am a bit disappointed.

Very good service, prompt delivery.

I am extremely pleased with my order, it arrived on time all the way to Italy and I am pleased I have my Janome also on holiday to keep working on some summer projects... cant wait to open the box and use it! Thank you!

Just to inform you that I received my order of a fabric guide today Saturday, 3rd August.

Having searched on the internet for a new machine, I chose GUR sewing machines to buy from based on price, delivery promises and customer reviews. All I can say is I was not disappointed. The ordering process was clear and simple, I was kept informed every step of the way on the progress of delivery and everything i ordered arrived packaged well and just as I expected. Thank you,

Very efficient and helpful service. I will certainly buy from you again!

I ordered an evolution fabric guide but was sent a blind hemming foot. I was asked to return the foot which I duly did Monday this week.
It is now Friday and I have had no communication from GUR.
Billy promised to send the correct foot out immediately to me by 1st class. I have not received the foot so far.
Not a good first experience of using GUR.

GUR Response: We are sorry that the replacement foot has not arrived with you yet, the foot was sent the same day we recceived the parcel from you. As discussed on the telephone we are attempting to track the parcel for you. Thank you for your patience

Good company to deal with. Goods arrived very quickly and with no postage charges. Will deal with them again.

Great, speedy service as always!

I was looking for a bobbin doughnut and found GUR. They were much less costly than other suppliers with free postage. So I ordered from them. The order arrived very quickly. As a textile artist, when I am looking for anything in the haberdashery line, I now look there first. Pure chance that I found them, but I'm glad I did.

I am still waiting for part of my order!
