chuffed to bits with my new Brother sewing machine, it is years since I last used a sewing machine so did not want one which was to complicated.It is of very good quality, I purchased the carry bag at the same time, so very good value. I had read previous comments on the site, which gave me the confidence to buy online from GUR. I would add to these and say 'you can't go wrong'. I actually did make a hash of my order and it was sorted out, with no problems ,extremely speedily. The tracking and delivery went like clockwork. Delighted with my new machine. Should have replaced the old one sooner. Instruction leaflet is self explanatory. need to watch the dvd when I come to use the other feet.
I might add that the carrier left the machine on the doorstep so was not signed for.

True to their pledge the order was delivered next day and between the times they gave. The

When I rang just now about my needles I got to speak to a most helpful man , who explained that I had ordered extra strong needles and that they have a different appearance. Sorry for the confusion.
