Delighted with my new machine. Should have replaced the old one sooner. Instruction leaflet is self explanatory. need to watch the dvd when I come to use the other feet.
I might add that the carrier left the machine on the doorstep so was not signed for.

When I rang just now about my needles I got to speak to a most helpful man , who explained that I had ordered extra strong needles and that they have a different appearance. Sorry for the confusion.

I ordered a sewing box for a Christmas present. Unfortunately I didn't recieve this as it was out of stock and they were having problems gaining new stock.
Although I was disapointed at the time, GUR were quick to send me an email explaining and apologising. They were very polite and honest about the situation and also gave me a full refund. I will shop with them again in the future.
