The Janome 350E is a wonderful embroidery machine, which I'm learning more about daily. Your service is spot on with speedy delivery. Your price of this machine was the lowest of all your competitors and with the free gift of the digitizer thrown in (mastering how to operate that is another matter, however). Overall I give you 5 stars.
I purchased the machine for my daughters birthday I ordered by 2.30pm on the thursday and received regular updates concerning its whereabouts. I was amazed when the final e mail said the machine would be delivered in the window 10.02 am to 11.02 am and the door bell rang at exactly 10.02 am on the Friday for the machine to be delivered. Well done I was so impressed.

Order arrived fairly quickly but only half the quantity expected. Very helpful and apologetic on phoning and additional items were despatched. Apparently the quantity per pack was incorrect on the website hence the error.
