Products arrived quickly but they were sent to my billing address and not my requested delivery address.I ordered a sewing foot and some bobbins. The bobbins are of a lesser quality than I expected and do not appear to be genuine Brother bobbins as they differ from the product received with my sewing machine. I placed my order with GUR as I thought they supplied genuine Brother products. GUR: we buy all our spares of Brother head office in Manchester, if customers want to be assured they are alway welcome to contact head office to confirm if these are genuine parts or not

It is always a bit risky placing an order via internet, especially if you order it from a company in a foreign country. What great service - they really pulled out the stops when the carrier failing to deliver (delivery bar code couldn't be read and they didn't bother to query it) but GUR made sure they delivered the following day and great communications. Thanks GUR!

Machine arrived within a couple of days of ordering - very good delivery service - but with no outer packaging which nearly spoilt a Christmas surprise for my daughter! Suggest larger expensive items are wrapped to conceal the contents if only for safety reasons. Hoping the machine will be as good as mine is.

Iam really pleased with my new machine. G.U.R offered the cheapest price and a fantastic service. The carrier let them and me down but G.U.R sorted it out immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the Janome - it sews beautifully and the instructions are very clear and simple!

Exceptional service; delivery arrived, here in France, three days after placing the order.

I was surprised about how quickly the sewing machine got to my house. The website is very clear and trust worthy! I had all the information I needed about the machine, how it worked and exactly when it would arrive. I ordered it on a Saturday evening and it arrived at Tuesday 8am just as the delivery confirmation email I received on Monday morning told me. The machine I bought was Janome DXL603 and it came with extension table and a quilting kit as free gifts. It all came to me in a compact parcel all together.
