10-pack of Janome plastic bobbins arrived speedily. £4 delivery cost seems excessive for such a lightweight package. I will be surprised if this is posted on the website. GUR: States on the website orders under £30 you will be charged £4 postage, no costs are hidden, when an item is put in the basket the website states how much more you need to spen before postage becomes free....

I felt that my purchase was confirmed and it was processed within a few days, but I still have no information about how long it will take to get here -- days, weeks?? When I purchase things on-line in the US, they let you track your package to see where it is every day, so if you needed to be home when it is dropped off, you could actually plan for that. Otherwise, I'm so happy to receive my new foot. I'll let you guys know how I did with it. GUR: sorry on small items through normall post by Royal Mail we have no tracking system
