I was kept fully in touch with its progress in transit, and it arrived within the 1 hour delivery slot as promised. I've checked the contents and there was no apparent damage in transit. We can't yet provide feedback on the sewing machine itself as it was bought as a family Christmas present!

I bought the 1034D overlock and the XL-5700 sewing machine and i´m very pleased! I´m from Portugal and it only took 5 days to receive the machines and one of them was a holiday. Both the machines are exactly what I wanted and a lot more beautiful in person comparing to the pictures on the site. Both came in great conditions and have amazing quality for What I was able to see so far. Only the trim trap for the overlocker, that I also boght, is very little. I ll recommend to my friends this site, once I´m in fashion Design and a lot of them want to buy machines.

16th September 2011 Ordered an ex demonstrator Elna2800. Arrived when promised with a free gift. The whole experience was handled in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner. The machine has a five year warranty. I hope it proves to be as good as the service!

Ordered Janome J3-24 S machine plus free gift of 4 additional feetat 2.23pm on 19 September and received it the very next morning. Consider the price competitive and the delivery service excellent. Machine seems fine with 2year warranty included.Well done!

Ordered a trim trap for my overlocker i bought the week before and again great service arrived within 48hrs top quality service from the team again, so far i wouldn't buy from anywhere else..

Still waiting for foot pedal and lead which where not in box when I received my machine. Rang GUR following morning, they promised to send one out to me - still waiting. Not happy so far!. GUR Reply: We contacted Janome about this the moment we found out there was a problem with your order. A foot control was sent out the day after and should be with you by the time this message has been posted. We sincerely apologise about this but this was not our fault however we did our best to resolve the problem in the quickest way possible.
