I ordered a needle threader for my machine at a cost of £10.50 plus p+p at £4.00 standard delivery. The item is tiny and I was somewhat peaved to find out that the cost of postage was only 44p! P+p on Ebay was only £1 for exactly the same item from the same firm! Next time I will use the Ebay site for GUR and not the main site. Having said that,the item came promptly. My advice is for small items check Ebay first !!

Ordered my new sewing machine on Friday and it was delivered at 8.45am on Monday morning to northern ireland. Was a bit confused because the site seemed to be saying that as i lived in northern Ireland (part of uk ) i would have to pay £24 for delivery and if i lived in Southern Ireland delivery would be free! As my machine was over £199 delivery was free anyway. Very pleased with the service
