Excellent service from G.U.R. Machine arrived next day exactly at the scheduled time. Have tested BC2100 and all fine - written manual not as clear as DVD which was very good. Lightweight machine so easy to transport room to room. Looking forward to trying the different stitches available. Thanks to staff for their help.
