I have been so impressed with my New Janome Sewing machine 4900 purchased in December. Equally the 1st class service given by GUR was superb.When a mistake was made with the delivery of my machine they immediately offered to lend me an ex - demo model until mine arrived. This was delivered within a day and as soon as mine arrived they arranged for the swap.
