As usual, following day delivery using someone announcing when they are around your house to deliver! This is perfect when you are really in need of your machine. This is second time I used GUR to buy sewing machines, and so far delighted!

The price of the sewing machine needles was very reasonable, but the postage & packing was exorbitant and cost more than the item. Check the p&p costs for small items before you order.

Very quick delivered; I bought on saturday and on wednesday I already received my sewing machine. I live in Holland. I would recommended this shop to everyone! Plus that the sewing machines are much cheaper in the UK then in Holland.

Excellent delivery service within a few days. And the price in the UK is very reasonable compared to Denmark. Only had to replace the 220 V socket with a Danish type, and off we are. Great! And free shipping to Denmark! GUR is highly recommended.

Excellent service and goods delivered quickly. No instructions in my machine manual how to use a walking foot, so would be nice to have been given directions how to use it. I have to go to my local patchwork/quilting shop for directions since I am a novice.

To charge £4.00 postage for a stamp and jiffy bag. Far to excessive

Superb service from this company, just brought my 3rd machine from GUR, and as always, the service and advice was excellent

ID#10750 . The delivery time was excellent. However, I sent an email to you a couple of weeks ago regarding the piping foot and how it appeared to be too narrow to cope with normal size piping which was covered with loose cover fabric. No-one has yet got back to me - disappointing.
