We have recently bought a Janome J3-18 sewing machine as a Christmas gift for our daughter - so it is still packed in its box. I purchased an 1034D overlocker it arrived 2nd December im delighted with it even got a few extra feet with it for free which was great as they can be expensive to purchased . when i purchased it i was told it would be delivered 2nd december i got the same day . my mother purchased a brother innov sewing machine last month she said the the same great service she still has her older brother sewing machine still going well she bought a lot of accessories for it from G.U.R. I am so impressed with my Pfaff Hobby 350P (D) embellisher. It was a D rated machine so I was not quite sure what this exactly meant. It would be helpful to put the different grades and what they mean somewhere on your site. I had used GUR before so I was delighted when I opened the box and there was not a scratch on it. A Bargain!
