Delivery was Very Very Slow, well over a week from order to delivery, poor customer service, Still not resolved the postage issue, where they failed to pay for postage so I had to pay Royal Mail just to be able to collect my parcel, will NOT ever use them again. GUR Sewing Machine's Reply: Firstly we would like to take this oppurtunity to apologise for our mistake. We would also like to highlight that not only was a full refund given for our postage charge of £4.00 but also a refund was given for the postage charge's inccured by the customer which Royal Mail applied. We would like to state that in the few case's when mistake's are made when processing order's we at GUR we continue to endeavour to provide the best possible solution that we can offer together with first rate customer service.

Brilliant fast delivey; even received an email from rthe courier first thing in the morning to give me a one hour slot during which delivery would take place. Best price I could find for the sewing machine, which with the free gifts makes and 3-year collect from home warranty, it super value for money. The machine is a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter, so is still in its box, inused.

I needed a sewing machine for my fashion foundation degree course, i didn't think that G.U.R website was real because of the amazing prices!! saving me £70. I looked up lightweight machines on line and found the GUR site. I needed a lightweight machine that did a little more than the basics for taking to classes. I rang my order through to the number provided and was pleased with the reception and speed with which my machine was despatched. Good price is one thing but it means little if the after sales support is not good. Thankfully GUR excel in this too. When there was a courier mixup they reacted quickly and efficiently and not only shipped a replacement overnight but added a small birthday surprise for my wife. Top notch!!
