I purchased the Janome concealed zipper foot and it arrived very quickly. The foot was perfect for my machine and I’m delighted with it. Exceptional quality product from Brother. Fits my XL 3600 perfectly. Easy to assemble and install with printed instructions. Makes sewing larger projects easier as it supports the overhanging fabric beautifully. Easy to remove once used. Would highly recommend this product.

This is a great sewing machine. It was a big decision because I was replacing a 70 year old family heirloom that finally died. The instruction manual is simple and easy to follow. I've made several things already, some with thick fabric with rubberised backing. It had no problem at all. The stitches are so neat. I love the stopping stitch and the auto cotton cutter. And the extension table because I make a lot of big things like sofa covers and curtains.

I ordered it to be delivered to Spain and it arrived 5 days later as promised.

Good quality fabric at a very reasonable cost. The patterns on the fabric were crystal clear and very accurate images. Delivery was timely. All in all an excellent experience and will use again.

Not a prolific sewer so somewhat ignorant of the nuances of sewing machine compatibility with accessories. I purchased the fabric unseen as I am here on holiday and wanted to make something. The cotton fabric is excellent quality, almost crease resistant. Would certainly use the company again.

Everything came in one package which was wrapped well. I have only used the non stick foot and the stabiliser so far and both was up to my expectations. i am using the bag for a small but heavy cutting machine and it is perfect, very well made - good bargain.

I made the purchase and quickly realise that I had provided an old address via PayPal.
I immediately emailed but it was late and so I called early the next day just to be sure.
The person I spoke to had already packed up my purchase but remembered it and was able to change the address.

I ordered three things that were supposidly in stock. Within hours you returned my money and said none of them were in stock. now you are asking what i thought of my purchases! You need to get your act together if you want to be seen as a company that people can trust to give them their hard earned money

I found searching for the feet that I needed on GUR. The site not only gave me pictures of the feet but also a description of there use. The site was easy to use.

Great customer service. Unfortunately in my first order, one of my light bulbs was broken.
But after a quick email explaining this it was replaced immediately.

Had waited for 3 months for a local company to obtain a Janome Sewing Machine for my wife's birthday. Eventually trawled the internet, noticed GUR website saw a more expensive, but superior machine, they had in stock. Ordered yesterday at 1.30pm, delivered this morning by DPD at 8.40am. I owned, from new, another brand embroidery machine which didn't get much use at all in all the time I had it, until recently, and just when I started to enjoy it, the touchscreen stopped responding and, being so old, was unrepairable.

I took a long time debating in my mind whether to buy another embroidery machine, trying to justify whether the expense would be worth it to me personally as I was not in business. My order was out of stock and I was given the choice to have a refund or wait. I decided to wait. Within a few days it all arrived but unfortunately there was an error with it, however that was rectified swiftly. Best foot attachment I’ve ever bought! I regularly use a ¼“ piecing foot, and also a walking foot, for my professional patchwork and quilting magazine and TV work, and this foot attachment combines the two brilliantly! One benefit is not having to swap feet as often, but the biggest benefit has been the noticeably improved accuracy. Will make a huge difference to the time and effort I spend in making quilts. I've been very impressed with this company since placing my order for the Janome 725S Sewing Machine. It was initially out of stock but GUR have communicated with me brilliantly whilst my purchase was on back order. The minute the machine came back into stock, they were on the phone, sending emails and arranging delivery. Their delivery operation was impecable. I am very happy with this purchase and will use GUR again for sure.

Hi I did fill in another explaining the problem with this order.
You cancelled the order and refunded my payment. The original order was cancelled because I ordered wrong bobbin thread and you did not do the correct one so you cancelled then I re ordered the stabiliser but a more expensive one as I could not find the original one so ordered the more expensive one anyway. Then I thought I had waited a long time checked to see where it was and realised that also had been cancelled and refunded. I have no idea why, that order was nothing to do with the first order. I did not spot any email telling me about cancellation so I was just waiting for it to arrive. I did wonder if you may contact me after the last one of these forms I sent but perhaps you don’t personally see them. So as you see things are good and bad Good you dealt with me ordering wrong item ,bad you cancelled the next order. Very frustrating

Gursewing machines is a great company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate through and there are some fabulous deals on the site. I bought some cotton fabric to make a baby blanket, excellent quality and easy to work with.
The entire process from start to finish is easy, (if you can stop looking at all the fantastic products) the dispatch and delivery was excellent with my fabric arriving very quickly. Will definitely use Gur again.
